Glencannon Community Association’s Board Offices:

President: Act as liaison with other community association boards and county and state agencies. Coordinate all board activities, chair board meetings and community meetings, sign all contracts in coordination with Treasurer.

Vice President – Common Area: Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the common areas of the community. Plan for, coordinate and oversee spring and fall common areas cleanup. Serve as liaison with and negotiate contracts with firms who participate in maintenace activities.

Vice President – Architectural Review: Responsible for maintaining the architectural integrity of the neighborhood. Is the chair of the Architectural Review Committee, which is in charge of approving architectural requests that are in line with the intent of the by-laws and the architectural standards guide. Also, manages all safety and securtiy issues in the neighborhood.

Treasurer: Prepare and maintain budget and all financial records related to the Glencannon Association. Pay bills and make deposits in a timely manner in accordance with the approval of the Board. Maintain all contracts in coordination with the President and collect and record all dues. Responsible for year-end audit.

Secretary: Serve as Chair of the Social Committee which will plan social events. Responsible for taking minutes at all the board meetings including the annual meeting. In charge of putting together the Glencannon Directory and the quarterly community newsletter.

Ex-Officio: Past board president. Serves to provide continuity and advise new board.
